Each intensive are structured, personalized intensive experiences designed to help women move beyond burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, and feeling stuck—within a calming wellness-focused environment intentionally designed for meaningful change. 

This is not a traditional therapy session stretched over several days. It is a thoughtfully designed reset that gives you time, space, support, and structure.

A Curated Clinical + Wellness Experience

Your retreat experience is fully curated in advance based on your goals, preferences, wellness needs, and hotel availability. These experiences combine evidence-based psychological work with restorative wellness and nervous system support to create focused, meaningful progress in a supportive environment.

 

Every experience is personalized based on your goals, patterns, preferences, and emotional needs. Your schedule is thoughtfully curated before arrival to create a balance of structure, recovery, reflection, and wellness.​ Rather than asking you to build your own schedule or choose from a long list of add-ons, we design the experience for you. Your wellness plan may include restorative touchless wellness, thermal recovery, movement, guided journal time, sleep-supportive rituals, reflection prompts, and structured integration.
